Consulting Services
This is a custom design service whereby we take the client objectives and design the process, content and management follow-up. There is a Non-Refundable Consultation fee of $2500.00 due upon a signed agreement. The balance of the fee is subject to the project invoice or $50 per hour, whichever is greater.
Business Loans
Your Lender For Life, P.C. is an experienced commercial loan broker. We arrange the financing for a wide array of business loans from lines of credit to full development real estate loans. We are not bound to geographic location for either the project or the source of financing. We work with over 20 lenders nationwide and are adding lenders periodically to stay competitive. Our fees range from 2- 4% per loan with a 1% Non-Refundable Deposit upon signing the engagement agreement.
Real Estate Services
Your Lender For Life, P.C. has teamed up with Charles Gregory & Associates LLC (sellnhomes@yourlenderforlife.us )to provide a full suite of real estate services. We handle both residential and commercial transactions including Property Management Services for Investors. Fees typically range from 3% to 10% depending on the type of services selected.
Residential Loans
Your Lender For Life, P.C. is NOT licensed to originate Residential loans in the state of Michigan. However, we have a list of our preferred, licensed National Lenders for you to work with. For more details, please contact us.
